Public Awareness & Capacity Enhancement Project
1- Background
Public awareness and capacity enhancement is a priority and viewed as the first activity in all signed agreements between MoEnv and the implementers of CAP projects. This project emphasized three main sub-activities namely: participation of local communities in all activities of CAP projects to feel that the locals really are the owners of the projects, increasing the awareness of local communities on the objectives of the BRP, and capacity building of individuals, local communities and rangeland cooperatives.
